my philosophy
In my years as a Creative Lead I was not only able to school and create a Creative Department out of journalists (by creating, holding and planing workshops and creative paths) but also able to work in every department in every possible role. From editing to interview, from holding the camera to direct and a lot more. I’ve learnt that I’m more of a hands-on leader than someone who gives instructions and walks away.
And that’s the way I lead: At eye-level working together instead of leading from the backroom.
my inspirations
I look for inspiration everywhere – there’s no art form, no topic or publication that has no value for me. One weekend I inform myself about microstructural architecture, the next one I try to write music and try to teach LOGIC PRO to myself etc. If I can’t do something I try to learn it as good as possible…And that’s the way I lead: At eye-level working together instead of leading from the backroom.
